Our company has a proud history of more than 30 years in business and has an immediate opening for an industry professional Production Plant Manager who possesses the necessary leadership skills to take our Plant Operations Team and performance to the next level.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- B.A. or B.S., or equivalent four-year college degree.
- 10 years of progressive Operations Management experience within the Further Processed Foods Industry.
- Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—ability to speak Spanish a plus.
- Solid business analytical skills.
- Updated computer skills and a high degree of flexibility.
- Ability to work within an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable with systems that are new and evolving.
- Ability to live and work in the Houston area.

AMY FOOD INC. DIRECTOR OF SALES POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- B.A. or B.S., or equivalent four-year college degree.
- 5-10 years of demonstrated Sales Experience within the Processed Foods Category—a combination of Food Service and Retail Sales preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative with little direction—a true self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with solid business analytical skills.
- An experienced account manager who also is a strategic thinker and possesses the ability to help lead the evolution of the organization and its offerings to the changing needs of our customers.
- Strong computer skills and a high degree of flexibility.
- A very strong entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable with systems that are new and evolving.
- Ability to travel within the continental U.S.
