Our potstickers are manufactured using a process that combines automatic filling with manual rolling and finishing. This approach allows us to produce a wonderfully consistent yet homemade product that consumers love.
Potstickers can be supplied fried or boiled. Both food service and retail formats are available with distribution in a frozen or refrigerated state.
Our potsticker manufacturing equipment can also be used to make filled Italian pasta, such as tortellini. We offer copacking and private-label capabilities for a wide variety of specialty products.
